1) Why subscribe?

The snippets I write usually take a leap out of my pragmatic experiences and learnings over my stint with product leadership, product management with an occasional bearing into a few abstract mental models, start-ups & team culture.

2) About me (in case you are curious):

• I've spent 14+ yrs. envisioning, building & scaling B2B B2C products across various domains

• I have been a product leader for 7 yrs now and I am deeply passionate about product management and one prominent learning is to build & help teams build a sense of deep empathy for the users right from the conception / ideation stage and carry that as a culture within the teams all through the stages of the PLC

• I'm currently operating as a Mentor @ TPW (The Product Web)

• I mentor PMs, Sr PMs, Directors / Head / VP of product / CPO over navigating complications in their workflow & build product right

• I also mentor aspirants from across the world and I have had many of my mentees landing gigs at F-20s (Google, Microsoft, Bank of America) over the recent past
