If everyone understands the terms “ownership" & "accountability” then why is there a gross lack of “responsibility” & application with still a lot of room left for improvement in the world?
Leaders are mostly aware & pin on factors like:
- "O" Ownership
- "A" Accountability
- "R" Responsibility
for the success of the teams which are all known to be very hard.
